Resorts World Sentosa is seeking an experienced learning and development professional to drive curriculum strategy and instructional design, delivering structured, end-to-end learning programmes. The role partners stakeholders to build workforce capabilities, enhance facilitation excellence, implement evaluation frameworks, and ensure learning effectiveness aligned with business transformation priorities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of structured, end-to-end learning curricula aligned to workforce transformation priorities and business capability needs
- Define curriculum pathways (foundation, intermediate, advanced) to support role-based and career-based development journeys
- Establish design standards, frameworks and governance for curriculum development across RWS Academy
