Responsibilities
- Provide staff in a targeted and cost effective manner
- Ensure all staff are continuously developed so that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to enable them fully to contribute in achieving the company vision, mission, aims and objectives
- Ensure effective communication with employee representatives and social peace
- Maintain and improve work environment and working conditions, wellness and health of employees
