Purpose Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics plays a pivotal role in advancing the Wealth Management agenda through data-driven insights. The role informs client-centric decision-making, optimizes client dynamics analysis, and enhances business growth through advanced analytics for the Caribbean Region.
The successful candidate will act as the primary analytics partner for the Caribbean Wealth Management leadership, drive standardization and adoption of the analytics platform (GDAP), and elevate the use of insights in executive decision-making. This role requires strong regional ownership, thought leadership in client analytics, and deep collaboration across business, data, and product teams.
Accountabilities Analytics
Own and lead the Caribbean Client Dynamics analytics agenda, including acquisition, deepening, primacy, referrals, retention, and client lifetime value.
