- Policy and Procedure Development: Develop, implement, and monitor ESG policies and procedures across all international subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations.
- ESG KPI Development: Define and establish measurable ESG KPIs for international entities tailored to local contexts while aligning with the company's global reporting framework.
- Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the collection, validation, and reporting of ESG data from international subsidiaries to ensure accurate and timely submission for global ESG disclosures.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with subsidiary leadership, regional teams, and external partners to ensure consistent adoption of ESG initiatives and foster a culture of sustainability across the organization.
