Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Investment Accounting to lead the Investment Accounting function within a newly established Centre of Expertise for a fast‑growing insurance group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a critical leadership role, focused on building capabilities and providing technical expertise, and solution design for investment accounting reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Investment Accounting team, including staffing decisions, team development, and performance management
- Standardize investment transaction recording, exotic asset pricing, and cross‑held securities practices
- Review and approve position, cash, and suspense reconciliations on Clearwater for Hong Kong and Group entities; integrate with Bloomberg and Investment Operations to create a single source of truth
