Job Description
What you'll do: Lead enterprise architecture for HR and corporate functions capabilities across QXO and acquired operating companies, including human capital management, payroll, benefits, identity touchpoints, legal, compliance, communications, facilities, and administrative platforms Define and evolve the target architecture supporting QXO's HR and corporate functions platforms, including Oracle HCM, workforce data, employee experience tools, corporate workflow platforms, and adjacent operational systems Support acquisition diligence by evaluating HR and corporate function system landscapes and defining pragmatic integration strategies for newly acquired businesses Design scalable architecture patterns that enable QXO to rapidly onboard acquired employees and corporate functions while progressing toward standardized enterprise platforms Define, document, and enforce architectural standards and patterns for HR platforms, employee data flows, workflow systems, integrations,...
