Job Description
The Senior Manager, Learning & Development is a strategic learning leader responsible for driving learning strategy, competency development and capability-building programmes at the business unit level while contributing to enterprise-wide learning culture and workforce development initiatives through the Group L&D Centre of Excellence (COE). The role also serves as the L&D lead for the Defence & Public Security (DPS) Cluster, overseeing cluster-level programme management, advisory and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual Learning Needs Analysis at business unit and cluster levels, partnering business leaders and HR stakeholders to design and implement integrated learning plans aligned with business priorities and training budgets.
