Role Impact:
As a client relationship leader, provokes, creates and assembles opportunities for the office properties and portfolio by sourcing and securing new clients and working with existing tenants to satisfy expansion/renewal requirements. This role collaborates with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition through each of the client touch points.
What you will deliver:
Assist in the creation of the leasing strategy.Develop and establish well formulated strategic leasing plans for assigned assets that are aligned to the strategic goals of the organization.Identify, source and secure new clients, and work with existing clients to satisfy expansion/renewal requirements.Negotiate deal terms with clients and follow up on the execution of final documentation.Execute client service standards to ensure a smooth transition from the offer to lease through build-out of leasehold improvements...
