What The Role Is
You will be part of the team administering the Culture Pass scheme at MCCY, playing a central role in ensuring that applications from arts and heritage groups are assessed fairly, consistently, and efficiently. This includes overseeing the end-to-end evaluation process, coordinating application approvals, and maintaining robust systems and records to uphold the integrity of the scheme.
What You Will Be Working On Application Assessment & Evaluation- Oversee the full life cycle of Culture Pass applications, from receipt through to approval and notification, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met at every stage.
- Review and assess applications against established eligibility criteria, exercising sound judgement on complex or borderline cases and escalating as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain assessment frameworks, rubrics, and guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness across all evaluations. <...
