Senior Manager, Manufacturing Capacity Planning

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Capacity Planning to lead the global capacity planning strategy and execution across our manufacturing sites. This role will define and drive the systems architecture, analytical models, and factory engagement processes to ensure scalable, responsive, and optimized manufacturing capacity in alignment with business growth. Essential Responsibilities: Capacity Planning Systems & Architecture Define AE Global Capacity Planning systems architecture and analytical process. Align with Global Advanced Manufacturing and Factory IE on the creation and maintenance of standardized factory capacity models in a robust analytical systems platform. Capacity Modelling & Optimisation Development and deployment of robust capacity scheduling optimization models based on linear programming and theory of constraints principles. Maintain accurate Manufacturing capacity modelling base data (capacity models, routings, active assets, baseline UPH...
