Our Central Operations is responsible for delivery quality and efficiency across all sides of our marketplace. We do this by identifying efficiencies, building product tooling, and launching operational processes at scale. You will own metrics, pull operational and product levers, and drive impactful results across our Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail businesses.

You'll own the operational engine behind DoorDash's ground truth AI platform — responsible for building and scaling the technology that collects in-store data across tens of thousands of physical store locations and translating that data into measurable improvements in inventory accuracy, Dasher pick time, and customer selection.
