Job Description
Lead national procurement strategy, including vendor programs and sourcing initiatives across all hotel brands. Negotiate and manage vendor agreements to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and operational consistency. Oversee vendor onboarding, compliance, performance reviews, and ongoing relationship management. Support hotel openings, conversions, renovations, and PIPs with approved vendor guidance. Partner with Finance and Operations to identify cost-reduction and margin-improvement opportunities. Coordinate with the parent organization on aligned procurement programs. ESG & Brand Standards Lead ESG initiatives across the Canadian portfolio, including Green Key Global certification, charitable programs, and community engagement activities.
