Walmart is hiring a Senior Manager, Campus Operations (Facilities Maintenance), to oversee multiple campus buildings across California and Washington. In this role, you’ll lead first-party and third-party teams responsible for keeping buildings running smoothly. You will handle maintenance, vendor management, repairs, large projects, and long-term building upkeep.
This role is ideal for someone who knows facilities operations inside and out and has experience managing multiple buildings, contractors, and teams at scale. You’ll work closely with landlords, service providers, and internal partners to solve problems, improve building operations, and make sure every location is well maintained.
We’re looking for someone who can step into a large, complex operation, build strong relationships, and confidently lead both day-to-day work and long-term planning.
