Role Overview
Senior Manager, People & Culture (M1) responsible for operational ownership of the Malaysia Shared Services Center (SSC) for Delivery Hero, overseeing a team of three direct reports and managing 800+ headcount.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first line of defense and primary decision‑maker for local people matters, resolving 80% of escalations independently.
- Manage day‑to‑day operational execution, policy governance, and budget tracking.
- Filter and approve standard HR interventions, local policy applications, performance mitigations, and team allocations.
- Discern when to finalise a case and when to escalated to the M3 level for high‑risk decisions.
- Direct, mentor and govern a team of three specialists (People Partnering, Industrial/Employee Relations, People Experience).
