Position Summary
Provides strategic and operational leadership for a hospital-owned multi-specialty surgical practice while serving as a key liaison to the hospital C‑suite (CEO, COO, CNO, CMO). Oversees clinic operations, drives provider engagement and satisfaction, and supports executive initiatives to ensure alignment between ambulatory services and organizational goals.
