Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Block Work, Plastering, Screed, Tile Fixing, Painting, false ceiling, Epoxy, Marble fixing, EIFS, RCC, Concrete, Steel Sub-Contractors, Facade installation, Subcontractor and other finishing packages.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard qualified subcontractors and material suppliers.
- Conduct market intelligence studies and maintain updated vendor databases.
- Develop procurement plans aligned with project schedules and budgets.
- Identify value‑engineering opportunities and alternative sourcing options.
- Achieve annual procurement savings targets through strategic negotiations.
- Monitor commodity price trends and recommend procurement strategies to mitigate cost escalations.
- Coordinate with Planning, QS, Engineering, Construction and Commercial teams for procurement requirements.
