Strongly influence design and engineering department by proposing solution improving the manufacturability of a product. * Coordinate with cross function teams to realise the project goals * Leads technical trials and tests to validate critical welding technologies * Participate in the installation and setting up of new equipment in the factories. * Perform experimental welding to evaluate new equipment, techniques, and materials * Able to lead to qualification of the different products. * Contact and maintain good relationship with global welding experts to exchange ideas, information and to seek technical advice. * Evalu...
