Senior Manager - Products

The purpose of Senior Manager Products is to solve some of the work toughest challenges face by colleagues across BUs; as well as cross-functional, multidisciplinary projects dominating the agenda of our Cluster’s senior leadership. The role requires creativity, resourcefulness and practicality, while going the extra mile, to deliver solutions that solve immediate problems and drive long-term change.

• Structure and conduct problem-solving exercises to uncover the true challenges and root causes of strategic and operational issues, and create actionable plans that drive effective, long-lasting change
