Senior Manager, Program Management – AI & Digital Transformation
RBC has embarked on a unique and transformational journey of using Gen AI / AI as a catalyst to realize incremental productivity and revenue benefits across multiple business lines. We are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Program Manager to act as a critical driver of RBC’s key strategic AI Programs.
What will you do?
- Track overall strategy and value delivery for AI Programs. Work with enterprise leadership and advising, shaping, or structuring programs that drive bottom line impact.
- Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Risk and Compliance, Procurement and other key stakeholders to implement streamlined and optimized processes to obtain required approvals for delivering AI solutions.
