The MOM Academy (MOMA) is the central body that drives learning and development in MOM to support the Ministry’s business strategies and outcomes. The Academy focuses on providing quality learning and development solutions to MOM officers to support their professional development and enable them to be competent in their present and future roles, through comprehensive professional development roadmaps and a robust training management system. Incumbent will be involved in the following: – Foster a culture of collaboration with Our Core Competency (OCC) and Digital & Emerging Skills (DES) teams within MOMA.
