We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Agent to remotely manage property sales, purchases, and rental operations across the UK. The role involves coordinating with clients, landlords, buyers, tenants, and local partners to ensure smooth property transactions and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end property transactions including buying, selling, and lettings in the UK market
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, solicitors, and local estate/letting agents
- Handle property listings on UK platforms (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla) and ensure accurate, attractive listings.
- Conduct remote client consultations to understand property requirements and provide suitable options
