The Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG) undertakes statutory functions in the rehabilitation of adult and youth offenders, and the protection of children, families and vulnerable adults (VAs). RPG’s mission is to prevent harm, protect and rehabilitate individuals & strengthen families. As part of the RPG family, the Protective Service (PSV) is a statutory service and it leads in the policies and processes to safeguard the safety and well-being of individuals, families and vulnerable adults experiencing violence, abuse or neglect.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, your role is to lead a team of case workers responsible in the triage of enquiries received by PSV to determine the level of intervention and right siting of these enquiries and undertake crisis case management duties such as immediate safety planning and intervention work for high-risk child abuse, domestic violence and vulnerable adults experien...
