- Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business or related field.
- Accreditations (Essential):
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent auditor training with evidence of methodology and practical implementation.
- Training (current and future):
- Leadership and management of organizational change.
- ISO Standards: ISO 9001.
- Construction Codes and Standards knowledge.
- Regulatory and Legislative requirements in the region.
- Risk Management knowledge.
- Problem solving and root cause analysis tools or failure mode investigation techniques.
- Continuous Improvement tools and approaches.
- Digital QA/QC tools and systems.
