Job Description

What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Manager, Regional Fleet Maintenance at XPO

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of maintenance and transportation management or equivalent military experience

  • Knowledge of heavy-truck or automotive mechanical and electrical systems

  • Experience managing fleet maintenance programs

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Able to travel at least 50%

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

    • Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize and effectively present information
