Senior Manager, Regulatory Initiatives Group, GWM (18‑Month Contract)
Location: Canada, Ontario, Toronto
In this role you will:
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret emerging regulatory changes from CIRO, OSC, OSFI, and other relevant bodies
- Report on the status of regulatory changes and projects to senior executives
- Lead impact assessments of proposed and finalized regulations on Scotia Wealth Management’s operations, products, and services
- Represent Scotia Wealth Management in regulatory consultations, working groups, and industry forums
- Develop briefing materials and position papers to support internal decision‑making and external advocacy
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and business units to draft comment letters to all relevant regulators regarding regulatory proposals and consultations
