Senior Manager RGM – LATAM North
British American Tobacco Mexico is offering a Senior Manager RGM – LATAM North role in Monterrey, Nuevo León. The position leads the RGM agenda (pricing, promotions, assortment & TCI) across the organization, combining technical and strategic responsibilities with high visibility and senior leadership exposure.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the RGM department, ensuring consistent delivery of objectives aimed at growing commercial value for the organization.
- Own the pricing agenda throughout the LATAM North cluster.
- Develop and control trade margins and discounts strategy to maximize value across categories and channels within the cluster.
- Lead the assortment strategy by implementing and proposing analytical models and solutions to leverage data for value growth.
