In this role, you will play a keypartin overseeing theSFMarketing platform and supporting the broader Marketing Technology ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include setting technical standards, ensuringreleasequality, and guiding integration and data design decisions. You will also focus on reducing repeat incidents, which will help Campaign Operations streamline campaign builds and enable Managed Services to integrate audiences and data more securely. This, in turn, will help decrease the volume of support tickets.
