Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage lithium trading activities (physical and derivatives)
- Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of the trading team
- Develop and implement trading strategies and sales initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, legal, finance) and external counterparties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, suppliers, and trading structures
- Manage risk exposure , including market, credit, and counterparty risks
- Oversee hedge positions, P&L monitoring, and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Drive market intelligence efforts , including supply/demand analysis and industry insights
- Prepare budgets, reports, and support strategic planning initiatives
