Amazon Industrial Robotics is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager of Software Development to lead engineering teams responsible for the on-robot SW platform. This is a ground-floor opportunity to define and deliver software solutions for a strategic robotics initiative.
As a Senior Manager, you will use significant expertise and high judgment to design team structures and strategies to meet long-term business goals in areas where problems and strategies are not yet defined. You'll manage multiple teams building complex distributed systems for fleet coordination, continuous learning, and customer integrations, distilling diverse inputs from stakeholders to set vision and drive decisions.
