The Project Risk Section Head is a senior risk management professional responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive risk management frameworks for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing risk management standards, policies, procedures, and program-level risk management plans aligned with project lifecycle requirements. It ensures systematic identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, and mitigation of risks across cost, schedule, quality, safety, and commercial dimensions.
