Support and drive GCA’s Strategy and Head Office operating model. Act as a key execution partner to enable the Managing Director and SLT — bridging strategic content with operational rhythm, while ensuring leadership is equipped for higher-level synthesis, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning process
Contribute to and help manage the GCA strategic planning process (SBP), including document development, global submissions, and communication packages.Support long-term financial planning (top-line and P&L) and development of key initiatives.Develop financial and quantitative models (e.g., business simulation, revenue projection) to inform leadership decision-making.
