We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Asset Applications Support to enhance the Level 2 support framework for all asset applications across Qiddiya's diverse portfolio, including theme parks, hospitality, and retail environments. This strategic role ensures stability, availability, and performance of critical systems that underpin the guest experience and operational efficiency.
This position involves leading a cross-functional team of specialists to provide expert support for a wide range of applications, including but not limited to ticketing, F&B, Family Entertainment Centers (FEC), event management, leasing, footfall analytics, Asset management and Park Management Systems.
