TD applies the Three Lines of Defense model to risk management. Risks are owned and managed by the business (first line), while Operational Risk Management provides independent second line oversight and challenge. TD Securities ORM (TDS ORM) delivers independent guidance, challenge, and risk insight to ensure effective implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework.
Position Overview
This Operational Risk role provides senior independent Second Line (2A) oversight, challenge, and risk leadership across TD Securities initiatives and broader TDS ORM activities, including large-scale strategic change programs such as the Value Creation Plan (VCP).
