Responsibilities
- Oversee efficient and effective operations of enterprise infrastructure ensuring high availability, performance, and security of critical services, including servers, networks, data centers, and cloud services, ensuring system availability, security, performance, maintenance, and after‑hours support.
- Develop infrastructure strategies, technology roadmaps, and standards aligned with organizational goals, while participating in governance and cross‑functional committees and integrating emerging technologies to enhance scalability and resilience.
