Key responsibilities in your new role
- Overall responsibility for New Test system & test hardware qualification, product qualification & production readiness
- Promote and enable the team to perform data analysis using appropriate statistical tools to analyse & understand trends, deviations and take actions to rectify and re-validate.
- Lead and interface with Product Engineering, Test Development, Test Technology & Innovation, Planning, Quality and Business units to improve and resolve production technical issues.
- Implement control plans such as APC & Out of Control action plans to monitor and manage deviations.
- Drive preventive maintenance (PM) systematic & compliance to perform regular PM, troubleshooting and repair of equipment to ensure safety, high availability & reliability.
