- Identify, source, and onboard new partners (IMDs/Agents/POSP) through VRM model
- Ensure activation of newly onboarded partners to ensure business generation
- Re-engage and activate dormant/inactive partners to unlock business opportunities
- Enable partners to improve customer density through structured training, capability building and outreach initiatives
- Optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs through sustained engagement via the VRM model
- Lead and manage a team of virtual relationship managers to consistently deliver on business targets
- Strengthening partner relationships through virtual and in person interactions , ensuring business alignment and continuous engagement
