About Oceanpayment Oceanpayment (OP) is a fast-growing cross-border payment institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution (MPI), providing domestic money transfer, cross-border money transfer, and merchant acquisition services across Singapore, Hong Kong, and European markets. We are building a Risk & Compliance function that is genuinely fit for a regulated, technology-driven, multi-jurisdictional payments business.
