Position Summary:
The objective of this role is to support the Information Technology Contracting Centre (ITCC) at Sun Life India, reporting into the Director-Legal.
Based in Gurugram, India, the Legal Contracts Specialist, will be responsible for end to end contract review process established for Information Technology contracts for Sun Life Asia, Canada and US entities.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, review and negotiate several types of Information Technology agreements involving purchase, procurement, use, license, maintenance, development of software, networking, infrastructure, telecommunications, IT security, cloud services, acquisition of IT resources and other related IT services; Examples- Software Development Contracts, IT Support Contracts; Open source contracts, Software as a Service (SAAS) agreements, hardware purchase agreements; agreements related to block chain technology and artificial intelli...
