Senior Managing Consultant, Regulatory Compliance and Environmental Due Diligence Specialist
Job location – Mississauga or Markham, Ontario
Key responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating environmental due diligence and compliance reviews/auditing projects for industrial, private equity, and legal clients.
- Developing proposals and cost estimates for transactional due diligence and compliance projects, managing project budgets and client deliverables.
- Liaising with subject matter experts regarding related services such as health & safety auditing, climate risk, ESG, and PFAS.
- Leading and mentoring a dynamic group of junior and intermediate staff.
- Conducting independent technical analyses and directing technical analyses of others.
