Senior Managing Counsel, Privacy & Data Protection
Mastercard’s Privacy, AI and Data Responsibility team is a global, best-in-class team responsible for compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and for the development and commercialization of data-driven products that comply with those laws. The team ensures privacy and data protection are integrated into product design and business processes that handle personal data of customers, consumers, merchants, and employees, and it demonstrates thought leadership in protecting data with regulators, legislators, and employees, advocating for high standards of data protection.
