Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Manual QA Tester to support a digital personalization initiative within a collaborative, Agile delivery banking environment. The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on QA expertise, experience within financial services, testing web and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing
- Validate end‑to‑end business workflows across applications
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support Agile project delivery
- Upload, track, and manage test cases and results using established QA tools
- Ensure quality standards are met across digital and analytics‑driven solutions
