**Job Description Summary**
The Senior Manufacturing Business Leader is accountable for end-to-end performance of a defined business unit within both business units in building 64, leading all aspects of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and sustaining lean operating principles and the FLIGHT DECK mindset within the value stream, developing people, standardizing processes, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements.
As Business Leader, you will lead components manufacturing for rotating parts supporting key engine programs including T700, F404, F414, and CF34. The position provides direct leadership to 8-12 salaried team members and has overall accountability for a total organization of up to 120 employees operating across three shifts in a unionized manufacturing environment.
