Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Hinckley (with occasional time at Coventry)
Salary: Circa £50K (flexible for the right candidate)
Hours: Mon–Thu 08:00–16:45, Fri 08:00–12:00 (4.5 days/week)

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer with strong machining and all-round engineering skills to join a busy, forward-thinking team. You will lead new product introductions, improve manufacturing methods, and embed continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement throughout the business.
* Implement new manufacturing methods for sustainable benefits.
* Manage WIP and lead times to meet production requirements.
* Support internal and external manufacturing operations.
