Leidos is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Financial Analyst to support high-priority defense manufacturing programs. This finance-led role connects FP&A discipline with manufacturing operations: forecasts, budgets, EACs, ETCs, variance analysis, and risk visibility. The Position involves a hybrid rhythm that combines focused analysis with meaningful time alongside the teams building the product to use finance to make manufacturing better, not just report what happened.
You will work shoulder to shoulder with Manufacturing, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Engineering to turn shop-floor signals into practical recommendations that improve cost, schedule, throughput, margin, and delivery performance. Your analysis will help leaders make real production decisions on cost, schedule, throughput, and delivery.
