Senior Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Manager to join our Financial Services team. You will build and design both the architecture and marketing strategy to lead an end-to-end lifecycle marketing program for Lightspeed financial services products across the funnel – from awareness to adoption to utilization.
Our team of 5 people is based remotely in North America and is responsible for driving adoption, revenue, and long-term growth for Lightspeed Financial Services through product marketing and go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and implement always-on lifecycle journeys across key stages (awareness, eligibility, adoption, utilization, renewal)
- Build and own the underlying lifecycle architecture, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and data flows
