Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive & Growth Specialist with a strong Growth Mindset and a background in the F&B or Tech industry to join our team in Singapore. The selected candidate will be responsible for the local brand launch and user acquisition for instaChef. You should be a self‑starter who can bridge the gap between B2B lead generation and B2C brand experience, translating high‑level strategies into efficient local execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize daily ad performance on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive precise user acquisition.
  • Oversee Lead Management (LCRM), including collection and initial screening, while tracking CPL, CPC, and ROI.
  • Develop localized marketing assets, including success stories for franchisees and promotional content for self‑operated points.
