Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce video content at scale, cutting long-form recordings into platform-ready short-form content, and maintaining a growing asset library in Google Drive
- Plan, schedule, and publish daily organic content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Build and iterate landing pages for different audience pain points, using the existing template as a reusable starting point
- Set up and run paid ad campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn; progress to managing and optimising as organic output builds
- Stand up and manage two CRM-driven nurture threads: new lead acquisition and existing client upsell
- Operate inside Google Workspace and HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) as the primary production environment; manage social scheduling through the CRM
