Job Summary
An M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing M&E works at project sites, ensuring efficient task completion, compliance with safety and quality standards, and smooth coordination with sub-contractors.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of M&E sub-contractors to achieve timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks
- Coordinate schedules with sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of M&E works on site
- Monitor daily operations to verify compliance with project plans, technical specifications, and safety regulations
- Attend project meetings and report weekly progress updates to the main office for informed decision-making
- Request materials proactively and plan delivery schedules to support uninterrupted workflow
