Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the M&E Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising all Mechanical & Electrical work to ensure timely and quality installation according to project requirements.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, and method statements with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review M&E drawings against architectural, structural, and other trade drawings to identify clashes, omissions, and technical discrepancies prior to site execution.
- Provide technical support to M&E Coordinator & Supervisors and subcontractors during installation, ensuring works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, verify workmanship quality, and ensure prompt rectification of non-conformances.
