Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate local M&E subcontractors to ensure installation works are executed in accordance with project schedules, drawings, and specifications.
- Resolve technical conflicts between M&E systems and civil or steel structure works during construction.
- Ensure all electrical and mechanical installations comply with Malaysian MS standards, electrical regulations, and project safety requirements.
- Supervise and monitor on‑site M&E installation progress, quality, and safety performance.
- Provide technical clarifications and conduct briefings for installation teams throughout construction.
- Assist in system inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Prepare installation reports, progress records, and technical documentation.
